My ever resourceful wife found out about a grand-opening at Chipotle in Rockwall. It was more of a soft opening I guess. Anyway anything you wanted to eat was on the house. That place was packed. My buddy Jonathan has inspired me with his recent weight loss so I went with the Burrito Bowl. It is basically a burrito without the tortilla. I am a fan of Chipotle and an even bigger fan of FREE Chipotle.
