Last night around 11:00 p.m. my family arrived safely home from their adventures in Florida. They had a big time at Heather's parent's house. Addy spent time in the pool, riding horses, tractors, etc… Keegan was crazy about Coach (grandpa). The van battery was dead from sitting all week in front of the house. That dumb van has a power drain somewhere because this happens every time it sits for several days. It caused me to be a couple of minute late picking them up. On top of that, the flight landed 15 minutes EARLY.
We had no food in the house so this morning we all trekked to the store to restock the cabinets. It is crazy how the kids change in just a week. Keegan was taking two or three steps at a time when he left. Now he is tottering all over the place. Addy came home with several new phrases. "Give me a break" seems to be her favorite right now.
I am blessed with a beautiful healthy family and am very grateful they are safely home with me.
