Good Times...

I take Thursdays off and yesterday was a Thursday. The last couple of weeks have been so busy that I did not take a whole day off. I can't make a habit of it. It is not fair to my family and God prescribes a day of rest for all of us. I could have easily worked 10 hours yesterday but I refused to do it.

We took the kids over to "The Harbor" a set of swanky shops and more importantly a set of fountains where the kids can run and play. It was a play date and I was the only dude there. I really didn't care, I was with my wife and kids. One of the fountains was behind Addy and fired up when she least expected it. There was a look of sheer panic that came across her face that was quite hilarious. She hates to have water on her face or head.

We left and went to get Addy's hair cut for the third time in 3 days. Make sure you tell her how beautiful it is when you see her. Needless to say we won't be returning to a salon that rhymes with "hate clips". Ha.

Then we took the kids to a place called Peter Piper Pizza. A cheap alternative to Chucke Cheese. We ran some errands, put the kids down for a nap, and I chilled until about 5:45 when I had to go referee a couple of soccer games. Good times...
