House Update 1.2

The inspection was done with no issues found with the house.

The folks should be signing the contract and faxing it back to us. Right now things look good for a closing date of MAY 30th, not JUNE 30th as I posted previously.

Heather and I want so much to be excited, but we have been down this road before. In January we thought we had it sold. Went through and inspection, an appraisal, etc.. and it caved in on us.

We are curbing our enthusiasm until May 30th when the deal is sealed. If it all goes through, we will celebrate with reckless abandon. Until then, our emotions will remain under control.
