T-Minus!

So we are T minus three hours on selling our house in Burlington, NC. I just got off the phone with the law office there and everything is in order. Our Fedex package arrived on time this morning and the faxes I sent last night were received.

There would litteraly have to be a tragic accident involving the loss of life for this deal to fall through. 30 days ago we were wondering how much longer we would have the second mortgage. Now we know!
