Great Customer Service

I have a fairly expensive piece of software for Bible Study on my computer. Expensive is relative, but I don't drop $200 for software very often. Anyway, the software was not working with Vista. Imagine that!. Anyway, I sent an email, got a quick response, then called Tech Support. The guy that sent the email answered the phone. He actually ANSWERED THE PHONE! No pre-recorded stuff, no being placed on hold for hours, he simply answered my question and directed me to a free download that would solve the problem.

It was nice that there was no "service" fee or "upgrade" fee. No need to argue and get all hot and bothered about getting pumped for more money. They simply helped me get what I needed. Great Customer service in an era when many companies fail to meet expectations.
