I have recently lacked the motivation to lose 20 lbs or more I need to lose. I have found the motivation. I played in my first soccer game in nearly 3 years last night. I still had pretty good touch on the ball, the skills and the will are there, but my body is not. Have I mentioned that the motivation has been found? I will be researching some fitness plans online that are geared toward soccer fitness. I am excited about it. My body hurts all over, I have a strawberry on my shin, and my back is "out" but I loved every minute of it.
I love this sport and have stepped away from it for a few years for many reasons, one had to do with a fairly scary incident from my time in North Carolina that needs its own post, maybe I will retell that story in a few days. It felt so good to be back out there even though I was out of gas and hurting.
Motivation Found.
