Sunday Recap

  • Awesome Day!
  • If you missed church, you missed out!
  • Music rocked from the opening song!
  • Sprang preached and hit a home-run.  I literally saw people with tears running down their faces during the preaching.  Not because it was bad, lol, but because it was moving.
  • Sprang is passionate about Catalyst, our core values, and it was easy to see why we have him teaching these three weeks.
  • We had to tear down quickly because Madagascar 2 was showing at 11:55 in our theater.
  • Lots of people chipped in to make tear down happen in 33 minutes.  Thanks to all who stuck around and helped out.
  • It is nice to have a break and use the time to get ahead on some sermon prep.  We are planning some of our most creative stuff yet for the next series.  Already pumped about it.
  • Had lunch at Ruby Tuesday with a bunch of people from church.  They must like us because they gave us all coupons for free appetizers to use on our next visit.
  • A friend from another table blessed Heather and I by paying for our meal without our knowledge.  Free food is always good food.
  • Rode 12 miles on some mountain bike trails yesterday afternoon.  Had a blast with my good friend Blain.
  • Ate Taco Bell
  • Went to bed early.
